Our Services

Support that fits you.

Sea Glass Clinical Services offers honest, down-to-earth support for individuals, professionals and groups. Whether you’re looking for therapy, clinical supervision, training support, or help finding the right therapist, I’m here to meet you where you are without jargon or judgment. Just real conversations, practical guidance, and a focus on what actually helps you move forward.

Individual Therapy

Therapy isn’t one size fits all and it shouldn’t feel like it, either. My style is straightforward, supportive, and grounded in real conversation. I’m not here to talk at you or nod silently. I’ll ask good questions, offer honest reflections, and help you untangle whatever’s feeling stuck.

I’m a licensed clinical social worker with over a decade of experience working with individuals and families in complex medical and behavioral health settings. I also hold a Masters of Public Health which gives me a broader lens on how systems and environments impact our mental health. All of that experience informs my work - but at the end of the day, what matters most to me is building a space where you feel seen and supported.

Whether you’re navigating anxiety, burnout, big transitions, or just trying to make sense of things, we’ll figure out what actually helps and go at your pace, in your language. Just show up as you are, and we’ll take it from there.

Find Your Fit

Is there any worse time for confusing language and overly complicated systems than when you need help the most?

If you’re feeling lost in a maze of complicated insurance jargon, therapy speak, and countless websites promising quick fixes, you’re in the right place. You’ve already done the hard part of recognizing you need help and I would be honored to support you by simplifying the process to get you to the next step. My practical sessions cut through the noise, clearly explain what you actually need to know and provide step-by-step tools to find a therapist who genuinely fits your needs.

Programs and Cost

I offer virtual groups, virtual 1:1’s and full beginning to end (“Find me a Therapist”) supports. If you are interested in any of these services please reach out to discuss cost.

Consultation

Sometimes you just need a second set of eyes, someone outside the situation who can help you see things more clearly. I offer consultation for individual therapists looking for guidance on tough cases or professional challenges, as well as for organizations needing outside support around clinical issues, team dynamics, employee wellbeing or crisis support.

Whether it’s a one-time check-in or ongoing support, I’ll help you sort through the complexity and figure out what makes sense with honesty and clarity.

Cost

Individuals: $150 / hour

Organizations: $200 / hour

Clinical Supervision

Supervision should feel useful, not like a box you’re checking. My approach is collaborative, supportive, and grounded in real clinical experience. I work with early-career and seasoned clinicians to build confidence, sharpen judgment, and reflect honestly on the work.

Good supervision isn’t just a licensing requirement, it’s a critical part of how we grow as clinicians and show up for our clients. When it’s rushed or surface-level, everyone feels it. I believe supervision should be intentional, engaging, and truly supportive of your development.

Whether we meet one-on-one or in a group, we’ll focus on both the clinical and personal sides of the job: what’s showing up in your work, how it’s affecting you, and how to stay grounded through it.

This is professional development, but it’s also space to be real about what this work takes, and how to keep doing it in a way that feels sustainable.

Cost

1:1 Supervision: $150 / hour, with sliding scale available

Group supervision: Must have at least 3 clinicians interested at the time. $50/hour per participant.

Trainings

I am excited to offer clinical trainings beginning in 2026! I am particularly passionate and knowledgable about: Trauma Informed Care (Neurobiology of Stress, Child Development, Child/Parent Attachment, etc.), Trauma Informed De-Escalation, Motivational Interviewing, Documentation Best Practices, and Justice Oriented/Mindful Child Protection.

I welcome the opportunity to talk with you about your organization’s training needs and am more than happy to get to know your work and employees to develop a bespoke training curriculum. Please reach out to alyssa@seaglassclinical.com for more information.

A note about cost…

I know that money can be a sensitive topic, especially when it comes to caring for your mental health or investing in your growth as a clinician. My rates reflect the training, time, and intention I bring to this work, but they’re not meant to be a barrier. Supporting access to thoughtful, high-quality care is part of why I do this.

If you’re feeling a connection to my approach but worried about cost, please don’t hesitate to reach out. I reserve a portion of my caseload for sliding scale clients, and if it feels like we’re a good fit, we can figure something out together.
