Do you offer virtual or in-person sessions?
All sessions are currently virtual to keep things accessible and flexible. I have a private office with a sound machine outside the door where I conduct all work. Find Your Fit 1:1 clients may request in person meetings as desired.

How do I know if we're a good fit?
This is where I’m supposed to convince you that I’m the right therapist or supervisor for you but… honestly? I might not be! We all know how hard it is to find the “right” fit for a therapist, and supervision is the same. You should look around, interview, and make sure you find someone who is a good fit for what you need. I’m happy to offer a free consultation call to get a sense of your needs and whether it feels like we’re a match.

When can I expect from you as my therapist?
My style is collaborative, straightforward, and reflective. We’ll figure out what’s getting in your way, explore it together, and find ways to move forward that actually work in your real life.

What can I expect from you as a supervisor?
When you work with me, you’ll have the support of a familiar, experienced voice — someone who’s been in the field and understands the realities of the work. I provide supervision under my Massachusetts LICSW license, and I carry full malpractice insurance, so you’re covered from both a clinical and legal perspective. My supervision style is flexible and adaptive, tailored to your learning needs and professional goals. And of course, I’ll make sure you have the documentation and references you need to move forward with licensure.

Do you take insurance?
Great question! I am in the process of “getting paneled” (this just means formally contracting with insurance companies) with several insurance companies (BCBS, Optum and Aetna) and should be able to take insurance Summer 2025.
